The level of work you/your helper applied to the total project was very impressive—there was no rush to complete the task, consideration was taken into account for the weather, no shortage of materials or equipment, there were no excuses even when my sprinkler system was left on and you had to “dry” the deck (you had the driers & blowers to handle the unexpected). Your project cost is by far better than any of the others I contacted. Additionally, you are very professional, always stayed in communication while the patio was being constructed, are extremely knowledgeable with great communication skills (enjoyable to visit with) who conveys the project in layman’s/simple terms. The project work area was always kept spotless with clean-up occurring at end of the job every day. All was flawless and enjoyable to watch. Super Job! We live in southwest Houston and have been in our house for over 20 years. Since day one, our sunroom floor has been quite the problem, a poorly installed tile floor that started peeling not long after it had been put down. This left a sight for sore eyes needless to say a tripping hazard. We were up in arms as to how to fix the problem. Having looked into numerous ‘solutions’ nothing seemed to fit until All Concrete Coatings came out and showed us samples and gave us a quote right on the spot. The work was done when they said it would be and went off without a hitch. We decided to have our front porch, back patio, and sunroom all done at the same time. This house has never looked better and we now have a very durable coating that will last a long, long time to come. Now the embarrassment of having people over and seeing the old floor is gone. After new paint, lights, etc. we have a brand new sunroom. We are so glad we went this route and the workers were all very friendly.

We hired them to re-apply a sealant with non-slip grip material to an existing stamped concrete patio. Good work and results.
Alan set expectations from the initial meeting. Alan worked with us on getting the best results from our project. Our deck was clearly damaged from the sun and water that had penetrated the stain of our deck. After we hired another local company in an attempt to restore the deck—who promised but did not use the proper method and professional grade products and failed—we were relieved to obtain the results All Concrete Coatings provided.
